1. Sample & Order Process

Inquiries via website form, email or social channels. Response within 24h. Proforma invoice after order confirmation.

2. Quality Control

All products comply with UPF50+ original yarn standards. Pre-shipment inspections cover UV protection, colorfastness, shrinkage.

3. Customization & IP

Client-owned designs/trademarks remain client's property; Rayshell's proprietary solutions belong to Rayshell.

4. Delivery & Payment

Lead time: 25-35 days after deposit. T/T, L/C accepted.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties shall keep confidential all commercial information.
